What is included with my clean?

Each list is included within the notes section of the quote or job that will be emailed to you. You can also refer to our services page to see a complete list for each service.

Do you have to see my home to provide an estimate?

We can do a walk through assessment free of charge upon request.  Otherwise, we provide an estimate based on size and average conditions.  If the condition is more severe we will bill hourly or ask the client to prioritize the remaining tasks in the time already allotted.

How long does a clean take?

Ultimately, the length of a clean depends on size and severity. On average, a Deep Clean or Move Out Clean can take anywhere between 4-7 with a 2-3 person team.  A Routine Clean takes on average 1-3 hours with a 1-2 person team.

Do I need to provide any of the cleaning supplies?

Absolutely not. We arrive with all supplies and ready to get started.  Upon request and if provided, we can use a specific product if the client requests we do.

What products do you use?

We use a variety of non-toxic cleaning products from a few different and reputable companies.  Please call or email for detailed list of products used.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

No, we carry extra protections for both our clients and ourselves to ensure that your home is safe while we are servicing it.  The client can choose to stay, leave, or drop-in at any time to see how things are progressing.

What is required to book services?

For new clients, a $50 non-refundable* deposit is required to book an appointment.  *Includes a one-time emergency reschedule. Must be within 10 business days.
